Tony Fitzpatrick

Francis A. Fitzpatrick, Jr.

Francis A. (“Tony”) Fitzpatrick, Jr. is a principal attorney at Fitzpatrick + Seifart, PA. He brings decades of experience to his estate planning and probate practice, offering clear, personalized legal guidance to individuals, families, and small businesses across

Massachusetts, and is well known for his thoughtful client-focused approach. 


Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court since 1987, Tony’s background includes six years of service as a member and Chairman of the Town of Norfolk Planning Board. He is also a licensed real estate broker and an active member of both the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and the Multiple Listing Service.


Tony has been a court-appointed title examiner by the Land Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court since 1991.  He has also handled a significant number of condominium conversion projects within the City of Boston and surrounding communities.


He is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio, and Suffolk University Law School.


Tony is the father of four adult children and lives with his wife in Medfield. He enjoys boating and playing the guitar when not in the office.

Alex Seifart

Alex J. Seifart

Alex J. Seifart was admitted to the MA Bar in 2003. 


In addition to his knowledge in real estate, Alex is fluent in Spanish, enabling him to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele and bridge cultural gaps within the community.


His practice is focused on providing high quality service to his real estate clients, as well as helping those clients with business development and project management.


Alex’s involvement with thousands of real estate transactions gives him a unique perspective when handling complex matters as they arise. His knowledge of the Massachusetts real estate market, particularly Greater Boston, makes him a valuable resource to his clients, including developers and investors.


He lives in Norfolk with his wife and two daughters. 

Tony Fitzpatrick

Robert J. Hoffer

Attorney Hoffer graduated from UConn in 1981 and BC Law School in 1984. He was an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County from 1984-1986 and worked for Barron & Stadfeld, PC, a mid-sized law firm in Boston from 1986-2005. In 2005 Attorney Hoffer started his own firm representing personal injury and workers compensation clients. 

 

Attorney Hoffer is married and raised 3 boys in Westwood, MA. He has been coaching youth football and baseball in Westwood since 1999 and continues to coach middle school football and varsity baseball for the town. He currently resides with his wife Maureen in Hull, MA.
